SPECIAL UPDATE FOR MONDAY, AUGUST 20 - The Running Yogis, Shauna and Johanna, will be back with us to do a brief post-run yoga session tonight! A great way to improve our flexibility and prevent injuries. Feel free to stay for a few minutes after the run and join in. You can bring a mat or towel, or Shauna and Johana will have ones you can use.

Shauna and Johanna are completing their 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training at The Studio DC. They are also avid runners, having pounded the pavement all over the DC area.

Meet other runners - enjoy the sites and have a good run.
