Wakeboarding info: This is a beginners day, Wakeboarding 101! We'll go over the basic rules of boating and wakeboarding.
Wakeboarding 101 Fees and Info: Payment includes riding gear and gas
Question #1: What should I bring?
Answer #1: Obviously you'll want swimwear, ladies I highly recommend that you bring bikinis for your tan lines, however for wakeboarding it's probably best if you wore something that covered more because you will fall unexpectedly. What a lot of lady riders wear are board shorts and rash guards while riding. These can be found at any swimwear or sporting goods store. You'll also want suntan lotion, a change of clothes and a towel. - Please leave your change of clothes and any large bags in the car, because we're limited on space. If you're worried about anything getting wet bring a drysack.
FYI, no one is allowed to store anything near the stereo or amps.
Question #2: What time should we arrive at Dukes Creek?
Answer #2: Be at Duke's Creek Marina at 9am. After 7am traffic on 95 gets heavy, to avoid from us waiting for riders coming late everyone has to be at the Marina before traffic starts.
Question #3: What's for lunch?
Answer #3: We usually stop off at some place to eat on the water. Average meal is about 10 bucks with drink. As far as drinks go, They'll supply beers, water, snacks, breakfast bars, granola bars, fruit snacks etc.
Question #4: Do people carpool?
Answer #4: I suggest you carpool if you can, it makes the drive more fun especially when you're sitting in traffic on 95 heading north, carpooling also saves on gas and helps reduce smog lol!
Question #5: What time will we finish?
Answer #5: We'll most likely trailer the boat around 6pm and pack up till 7pm. If everyone is tired we can head in earlier, the instructor is really flexible, his main goal is that we all have fun!
