FREE Active Members-Only Event: ♪ Karaoke at Rock It Grill

Let's go celebrate being Global Adventurers at Rock It Grill in Old Town Alexandria! We'll burn off some steam on a Friday night while singing our little hearts out and shooting some pool.
This event is open EXCLUSIVELY to members who have already attended an event before Jan. 25. If your profile says Global Adventurer (1-5 Meetups) or Curator of Cool (6-10 Meetups), then you can come! Why? This is our way of saying THANKS for being active in our group!
Singing in public not your thing? No worries! We can also shoot some pool, visit over some food and drinks, or enjoy watching everyone else sing on stage. I personally do not sing karaoke, but I love watching everyone else sing at Rockit's! So let's go celebrate being DC Global Adventurers!
This EXCLUSIVE event includes:
- Meetup group introductions led by Nejla Routsong
- Table reserved just for our group
- FREE karaoke from 9:30pm until close
Schedule: We will do introductions from 7:30pm to 8pm, karaoke begins at 9:30pm.
How to Get There: Rock It Grill is located 2 blocks from King St. metro. Click here for directions on Google Maps.
Carpool: I'll take the metro. Please feel free to arrange other carpools from other places in the comments below.
What to bring: Bring enough money for your food, drinks and pool. Have some ideas for karaoke songs!

Though my pool skills are still a joke, I had a great time at the Rockit! Wish I could have stayed for the karaoke fun - definitely next time!
