I enjoyed all kinds of activities. I am reading this book "The Four Hours Work Week". I feel it's time to act.
All kinds of spiritual activities
Probably hiking, short trip out of town.
Hi Michael and all Taichi friends,
Sorry I had to miss taichi and meditation sessions in the last couple of weeks. We are moving and been very very busy with getting the house fixed then sold and trying to buy a new home in...Virginia. Will see if I could attend one last taichi session before leaving for Virginia.
Anyway, best wishes to all of you.
I loved that book! Tim Ferriss is an inspiring guy to be sure. :-)
I'm happy to hear that you are thinking of traveling with our group as well.
We've got lots of great events coming up. Check our sched at http://www.DCadventurers.com I hope to see you soon!
P.S. If you’re thinking about joining our May trip to Thailand, Wednesday is the last day to RSVP to get the Early Bird discount. Let me know if you have any questions at all!
Next ACIM meetup will be next Tuesday. We will be at second floor of the rockville library in one of the GLASS window study room.
Hi, Michael. Are you still meeting at Rockville Library (close to Metro)? When's the next meetup, please? Thanks and happy new year!
Please let me know if it is ok to go to the meeting on tuesday a little bit after 6.30 pm.
This training would build a strong foundation for you as it focuses on building your frame so that when you do the forms of Tai Chi, for example, you will be able to move as if one piece.
Michael, could you pls send me the photos of the moves we practice yesterday..thank you
I am working on my kitchen floor so won't make Tai Chi Sunday. Hope you are doing well, beautiful weather these recent days.
Hi, I went to the Rockville Library at 6:30, couldn't find the group...???
