Historic Covered Bridges of Frederick, Maryland

The leaves are changing and a fall photo shoot is a must do. We had a good number of suggestions as to where to go, but the Covered Bridges of Frederick County against the fall backdrop came out as most appealing.

The Plan:
Meetup at Shady Grove Metro Station (at the end of the Red Line) at 9:00am and we will carpool up to Frederick. Frederick is near where I-270 meets I-70, about 30 miles north of Shady Grove. Since we are carpooling, please note in your RSVP if you are willing to volunteer as a driver. A contribution for gas from those who aren't driving will be much appreciated. We'll do the driving tour (linked above) and we can either wander to historic Frederick for some architectural photos and lunch or head to a winery if they have anything interesting on their grounds.

The Contingency Plan:
I will send out an e-mail with my cell phone number to everyone who RSVPs as Yes to the event. If the weather looks iffy, I'll send out an email that morning or you can call my cell phone to check on the status of the event.
