Hi all, I'm going to drop out if it's true you all run a rotation, playing at a very advance level as opposed to intermediate/advance level that I'm most comfortable with - be honest - thanks!

I can do everything but block or receive really, really hard/fast spikes (can't do deep bends - bad knee).

Competitive vb requires hand setting. Vb setter is very hard position...like quarterback in football or catcher in baseball..setter is totally in charge of running the offense....which is what competitive vb us a about. It us not about players with better skills. Thursday night ESPN has women's NCAA vb Semi finals on great to watch to see what the game is really like...
