Ubiquitous Language

One of the core pillars of Domain Driven Design is the concept of a Ubiquitous Language - used in everything from stakeholder conversations to the actual source code. In principle a Ubiquitous Language (UL) sounds like an obvious choice,  but as companies and code bases evolve it is often hard to keep "model debt" under control. In this meeting we'll be discussing the importance of a Ubiquitous Language, the challenges with keeping it consistent and the implications of context boundaries on terminology in large scale systems.
