What we’re about
Starting in September 2009, we will be holding our Meetups in the Rohrbach Library at Kutztown University. This group is intended for people who are interested in Pennsylvania German, also known as Pennsylvania Dutch, Pennsilfaanisch Deitsch, or simply Deitsch. You need not already be a speaker of the language.
Although we all share a common interest in the language and the culture, we are a diverse group, and participants are advised that tolerance of differing belief systems and practices is paramount to the success of the group - and of the language and culture themselves!
