Stretching exercises that are gentle on our joints yet effective for our muscles.
We will be lying down on the mat for some, kneeling for others, and standing for some.
Focus will be on optimum posture and breathing.

By the end of the session you will feel more relaxed physically and mentally as well as energized for your day.

Can I bring my kids?
Children are welcome to participate with a parent

How long will it take?
A good relaxing stretching session lasts about 30 minutes.
We will also hold a beginner cardio workout for 30 minutes following stretching, for anyone who wants to stay.

What if it's cold outside or raining?
We will be indoors in my livingroom in inclement weather, and in my serene shady back yard for the beautiful summer days ahead.

What should I bring?
Wear loose fitting clothing, bring a mat for the floor if you have one, bring a towel for a knee cushion, and bring a friend.  Water and recovery drinks will be provided.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
