Hi, all! I see a lot of familiar faces signed up; for those who don't know me, I'm primarily a Scala developer these days but I do Love the Lisp, and am psyched to see how successful Clojure seems to be becoming!
Curious about clojure? Already a fan? Either way, you're welcome to join us. Clojure is about a lot of things: functional programming, lisp, the JVM, concurrency, data structures, etc. So is this group.
Our aim is to have a monthly meetup, with a topic that's announced ahead of time, and either a presentation, a discussion, or a lab. While there doesn't need to be a presentation, before we decide to do a topic, we should have one or more people volunteer to lead the topic. Leading a topic could simply mean providing link(s) to information about it ahead of time and being prepared to answer questions about it at the meetup.
