Book Club

Each of us uses habits to help us in our daily lives.  "New York Times" business reporter Charles Duhigg explains his research into what habits are, how habits form and how they can be changed in his book:  The Power of Habit:  Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business.  If you would like to talk about this book come and join us at The Secular Hub on March 17 at 2:00 pm when we discuss this book at book club. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_0_11?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=power+of+habit&sprefix=power+of+ha%2Caps%2C294

For our fiction selection next month we will be discussing the sequel to Scott Adams' book:  God's Debris: A Thought Experiment called The Religion War.

A book taking place several years in the future, in which leaders of Islam faith control the world and a Christian leader who trying to overthrow those in power.  Both books should make for some interesting reading.  Hope to see at book club!

No, at least this time, the Hub is letting us use the space for free, regardless of the membership of the people who coming. We're still working out how this will work for future meetings

Hey all, I still need to confirm that we'll be able to use the Secular Hub, but more than likely we will. On the off chance that the Hub is unavailable, we'll meet at Tattered Cover on Colfax as per usual

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
