The Atheist Alliance of America (AAA) Convention is coming to Denver on Labor Day weekend, August 30 - September 3. The steering committee has been working hard to put together a great conference and we want to share all the plans that have been made and involve volunteers to help!
We'll meet at Brooklyn's at noon to socialize and talk (suggestion: bring cash to make things easier on yourself and the waitstaff!) and at 12:30 we'll do a short presentation on the conference details:
- Location, rooms, schedule
- Speakers, Programs, Panels, Themes
- Activities and Events (movies, comedy, awards, picnic, etc.)
- Volunteer Organization - sub-committees, leads, opportunities
Following the presentation we'll answer any questions and hear any suggestions people have. Then we'll break up into volunteer sub-committees where you can decide how you would like to be involved and how we'll move forward.
We're excited to bring a great program to the mile-high city and hope everyone will enjoy and get involved.
