Reiki Shares and Reiju Blessing

Everyone is invited to Reiki Shares, where we experience hands-on healing through connecting to Spirit. If you are new to Reiki, please come to ask questions and receive a short session. If you are a Reiki Practitioner, please come to share your gift and exchange sessions with other practitioners.

The Reiki blessing known as reiju is offered at all Reiki Shares events. All Reiki Shares participants, from newbies through experienced Reiki practitioners, are invited to receive reiju from me and/or one of my Shinpiden students. Reiju is one of the five ways that we connect with our true selves and through that connection become one with Spirit. Receiving reiju regularly helps to clear and strengthen your energy. Please join us!

If you want to know more about Traditional Japanese Reiki, if you are looking for healing, or if you want to join with others in community, you are welcome!

How We Run Our Meetings: We start our meetings with a short energetic warm up and then we all introduce ourselves.and share our ideas and experiences of what Reiki is. Next the reiju blessing is shared with all participants who wish to receive it. Then we break into groups for hands-on Reiki healing sessions. If you are new to Reiki, come to receive a session and ask questions. If you are trained in Reiki, you will be able to both give and receive Reiki sessions and of course ask any questions that you have. People who are not Reiki practitioners, after receiving their Reiki healing session, are invited to meet with one of the group leaders (a trained Reiki Teacher) to learn and practice the basic Reiki meditation.

What is Traditional Japanese Reiki: The Denver Traditional Reiki Meetup is dedicated to practicing Reiki from a traditional Japanese perspective. We seek to find simplicity in our practice and recognize that all techniques are simply rituals to give us footing as we continually open ourselves to Spirit. We embrace healing as a side-effect of being one with the Source of Life, and to that end seek to connect to our true nature where we start on our path of enlightenment.

Location: We will meet at Isis Books and Gifts, the premier metaphysical store on the world wide web and a complete metaphysical center in the Denver, Colorado area. Isis offers a wellness center featuring alternative and complementary modalities at the Isis Healing Oasis.

Parking: There is a parking lot on the north side of the building with additional spots on the south side of the building (access through the alley) as well as street parking.

Handicapped accessibility: Although the main store is handicapped accessible, there is a two-step-down, two-step-up section to the hallway when entering and exiting from the back door, as we will be doing since this event takes place after store hours. If you or someone you know has impaired mobility and would like to attend this Reiki Shares event, we can meet you in a private office--this office would be handicapped accessible, although there would not be any handicapped accessible restroom facilities available.
