Submissions are open to all who attend; we will try and get to all pieces
6 pages (8-9 pages for Scripts) in 12 Point Times or Courier double spaced with half inch margins (250 words a page)
If you wish to submit longer pieces, We will accept up to 9 pages (up to 12 pages for scripts) they must be uploaded to the files section, and announced in comments for the event you are submitting for 72 hours prior to the meet-up. You may also Email to the event organizer 80 hours before if you are interested in greater privacy. The Critique moderator may opt not to read the entire longer piece depending on volume.
Priority of submission is determined by the moderator using an informal scale that is affected by several factors including: Does the submission meet the formatting requirements(1pt), are there enough printed copies for everyone(1pt), Were you Unable to receive a critique during a prior session(2 pt), Were you on time or early(1pt), did you offer feedback on other submissions(1pt), and presenter need. Presentations without advance notice or printed copies go last.
Be constructive, avoid personal attacks, and Focus on the work itself, not the process of making it. Criticism is one way, unless you are asked a direct question- and even then keep it snappy.
All Advice is given freely and unconditionally, and ALL works remain exclusive property of their original authors.
If someone finds a particular submission exceptional, it may be nominated for inclusion in our Annual digital and print anthologies IF it is seconded by another member of the group (Subject to rules of the anthologies). They piece will then go to be judged by the panel if the author consents. Self- standing excerpts from larger works are acceptable.
