Meet kindred book lovers in the Denver Book Club Meetup Group. You'll read and discuss a selected book every month as we alternate between fiction and nonfiction.
For a list of the books we've read since 2007, please click here.
Books are chosen democratically by the members themselves through monthly nominations and votes. We only read books available in used bookstores and libraries. We do not allow any marketing messages at any time. Our choice to be a "commercial-free zone" helps explain why we have more than 800 members. The main reasons are great people and lively conversations at our gatherings.
We meet the third Thursday evening of every month in the historic Denver Press Club downtown. We ask $3 per person at the door, and no one is turned away. You do not need to read all or any of the selected book to attend and enjoy the conversation.
Please join us to laugh, share wisdom, gain insights, and make wonderful new friends!
