October Non-Fiction Book Group

THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF ALICE B. TOKLAS is the rich and irreverent autobiography of Gertrude Stein written by herself as though it were the autobiography of her secretary, Alice B. Toklas.
Note: If you are unable to locate this book, the autobiography is also available through libraries in collections such as "Norton Book of American Autobiography" and "Selected Writings" by Stein.

I was able to locate what appear to be a number of legitimate open-source versions of this:

There is an online version that can apparently be downloaded in ePub format or for Kindle at

It's also available as a text file from Project Gutenberg Australia, which you could open with a word processor and change to a type font of your preference, at

There is also a PDF scanned from print in sections, at - http://www.unz.org/Pub/ToklasAlice-1933

I couldn't right off find a really nice PDF version, but if you need one message me and I may be able to help.

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
