Hi Judah,
How many people are you expecting this Thursday evening?

We're all set for a great discussion this Thursday evening of Barack Obama's book, The Audacity of Hope. As ever, you do not need to read all or any of the book to join us and enjoy what surely will be a lively conversation.

We are meeting in a different location this month only, however, because the Denver Press Club has multiple events scheduled that night which would make the place too noisy and crowded for us.

The good news is that the Press club arranged for us to use the meeting room at the Denver Newspaper Agency building shared by the Rocky Mountain News and The Denver Post. This is just a few blocks north of the Press Club downtown, and there are parking lots nearby.

Here are the details:

PLEASE ARRIVE AT 6:45 (doors lock at 7:00)
We will be escorted as a group to the 10th floor.

If you will be late, or if you think you might be late, please email me now to make arrangements for admission to this secure building with tightly restricted access. Please recognize that one of the city desk editors is taking time away from her or his work to admit us at 6:45 PM and escort us upstairs at 7 PM, so your timely arrival is appreciated.

Denver Newspaper Agency
101 W. Colfax
One block west of Broadway facing Civic Center Park.
Lobby entrance at the corner of 15th Street and Cleveland Place

PARKING: I suggest using the big parking lot one block west on 15th Street and Court Place, yet there are others nearby. If you click on the Google map link below and then click on "satellite" view, you'll find everything easily.

Vending machines are available on the 10th floor, yet if you want to bring any munchies or beverages (to share or just for yourself), that would be great.

Please contact me through our website if you have any questions about anything.
