DIRECT HIRE!! We have a great opportunity with a client of ours just north of Denver. They are looking for a strong PHP Developer to join their growing energetic team. The Software is responsible for designing and developing complex web pages utilizing programming and server software applications knowledge to create and enhance web solutions.
Enhance user capabilities and client satisfaction by planning, developing, and testing web-based applications in a collaborative team environment.
Your work will span the entire software lifecycle and will include the analysis, development, configuration, and testing of internet products and services.
A desire for continuous learning and greater responsibility, and the ability to work within a team are keys to success in this position.
Develop web-based software, components and services using LAMP
Work closely with Product Managers, Software Architects and other Application Developers on application design and development.
Implement new features and optimize existing ones in our application based on business requirement
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong troubleshooting skills
Should have strong technical writing skills
Must be able to gather requirements, estimate projects, create functional specifications, and then bring projects to life.
The ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
Understanding of OOP and Model-View-Controller design patterns.
Experience with the following technologies is required:
PHP Senior Level Experience with technologies such as memcached, memqueue, along with at least one LAMP stack environment.
Relational Databases and SQL ( MySQL, Oracle, logical design and stored procedures).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent job related experience/knowledge.
Three years or more of web development experience.
Three years of database access layer development experience.
