I would love to, but it is way too far out and I live near Sloans Lake (Sheridan Blvd & Colfax-Hwy 40).
Thanks anyway.

Questions about the "Internet Wealth-Building Bootcamp" this weekend (Sep 15-16, Sat & Sun)
  1. Is it really worth $97?
  1. I thought it was a real bargain at $97. It is two full days packed full of information.   It is also no risk.  If you would like your money back at the end of the first day (Saturday), they give you a full refund.  If you attend on Sunday, you can not get a refund.
  1. I already know how to build web sites and the importance of getting links.  Would I really learn anything new and useful?
  1. The bootcamp is not about building web sites at all..  I've been building web sites since 1995, and I would not go to them for a web site.  They have a department that builds web sites, but that is not the business they are in. You can get better web sites elsewhere for a lot less.

They are strictly about marketing on the web, turning your web site into an income generator.  The topics they cover include email marketing, using Google adwords and Google adsense, blogging as an income generator, ebay, viral marketing, writing ad copy, search engine marketing, and more.  They basically know how to drive traffic to a web site and what prompts people to buy or sign up.
It is not a technical bootcamp at all.  You don't learn how to use any tools or software products, though you briefly see demos of a few of them and explanations of the capabilities you want to have and why.   They do sell their products and mentoring program at the bootcamp, but it is the softest sales pitch I've ever seen.  There is no sales pressure, though they do have some "today only" discounts on the last day.
Q.     It sounds gimmicky and full of hype.
A.      If you think it sounds gimicky, it's probably because the page you landed on is full of a lot of hype about how people made a fortune on the Internet.  Well, it is a lot of hype - they have done a lot of research and have found that that kind of hype is what sells.  The first time I took this bootcamp, I was very pleasantly surprised at how it was packed full of useful information. (Here is the hypey Bootcamp page.)
Q.     Why would you take it again if you've been before?
I've actually taken it twice before and I'm going again this weekend.  I've taken lots of notes each time, and I've done their mentoring program in between.  Basically, there is a whole lot to Internet marketing.  You start using a few strategies and you forget that there are a handful of others you could use.  Going through the two days again pulls it all together and I spot a few more things I should do right away. Plus they keep enhancing and updating it. This one will provide each attendee with a detailed 30-Day Action Plan describing the fastest, cheapest, most profitable ways anyone can start making money on the Internet.  The last bootcamp didn't have this.  (See IMC Wealth Building Bootcamp description and registration)
If you want to get an idea of the kinds of things they address, take a look at the results page for the meetings of the mastermind group at
The August 15 meeting was for my web site.  You will see that what the mastermind group is trying to do is strategize on how a web site can generate income.  I run the mastermind group, and it is free.   (It is not affiliated with Internet Marketing Center, but we formed the group at the last bootcamp.)

A group of us in the mastermind group will be getting together for lunch at the bootcamp this weekend.  If you plan to go to the bootcamp, let me know and we would love to have you join the mastermind group for lunch.  You are also welcome to come to our next mastermind meeting on Thursday, Sept. 20 7-9 pm (see

Just so I don't confuse anyone, I'm referring to two different events:
1.  The Internet Wealth Building Bootcamp - all weekend, Sep 15-16 $97
2.  The Denver Internet Mastermind Group - Thursday Sep 20, 7-9 pm free

Feel free to call me if you have questions.  I made a decision almost 2 years ago to transition from doing work for others for hourly pay to building web sites that generate money not dependent on the hours I put in.  It has been a learning curve but is paying off.

See some of you on Thursday at Hooked on Colfax!
