You will be an integral part of the digital engagement team and will be responsible for designing, architecting, developing, and testing relevant interactive and engaging websites, landing pages, and emails to our customers and partners.
Picture yourself spending your day……
◾Coordinating projects between various departments; working in unison with the Tech Optimization Team in Little Rock
◾Producing and gaining agreement on user requirements before work commences.
◾Skillfully delivering your work while ensuring appropriate change control procedures so that projects are signed off on completion.
◾Working with stakeholders to make sure all published content complies with copy write laws.
◾Staying on top of emerging trends and continuously seeking new and creative ways to engage our members and extend our reach into new communities.
◾Serving as a key player on the Digital Media Team, strategizing and brainstorming in setting goals and priorities with the team.
◾Identifying areas for site improvement to augment the customer’s experience and improve/refine from both a technology and end-user point of view.
What you’ll bring to FamilyLife:
◾Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline.
◾Your exposure to mainstream CMS products that incorporate multimedia
◾Excellent speaking and listening skills to exchange information in a clear, persuasive and concise manner (at all levels of the organization and in large and small groups) with a positive approach that fosters a team environment and conveys our mission.
◾Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and gain stakeholder “buy in” to new and different ways of working
◾Creativity – your ability to turn visual impressions into working solutions that will delight our user community.
◾Knowledge of Visual Studio, Photoshop, Fireworks or similar design tools within business environment.
◾Christian maturity, as evidenced by your relationship with Jesus Christ, the church, your family, team members and the community at large.
◾Able and willing to combine your strong work ethic with a passion for helping families align with God’s “blueprints”.
◾Initiative and drive to achieve business goals, while balancing one’s role as a “servant-leader” within the organization.
◾A humble heart with superior integrity, free of personal agendas.
◾Open to leading staff prayer and devotions.
