Wow, that depends on the day :) Right now, with warmer weather I am moving into whites from the Rhone, Alsace, Germany and Austria. I never pass up a nice Zin or Cab, however!
I'm an HR Professional by trade, but a passionate cook, beer and wine drinker. I attended cooking school in Paris and Boulder and I am a graduate of the International Wine Guild. Looking forward to continue learning about and exploring new wines.
