Lets take a look at Elvaston's Gothic Hall which is being opened to the public on this date for 2 hours. Originally named the Hall of Fair Star by the fourth Earl Of Harrington it was built in 1831 as a token of the Earls love for his wife the Countess of Harrington.
Afterwards we can walk around the grounds and or visit the tea rooms.
Admission to the hall is £1.
(Elvaston Castle car park charges £1.20 for up to 2 hours).
Time slots are: 1pm, 1:45pm and 2:30pm.
Viewing will include short presentation and time to look around and take photographs.
