This is an event for all levels of fitness and the intension is to go out and have some fun so come along and join in. We will be doing some resistance sprint training and other drills to improve running speed, strength and general fitness. It will be intense but it's not endurance training so the rest periods will be generous, although plenty of calories will be burnt. If you do have a stopwatch please bring it with you. The session will last around 60-90 mins.
