Communication is done through this website and via email, so if you are inviting people word of mouth, it is your responsibility to keep them updated. Since membership is free, we encourage you to tell your friends to join us as well. Even if only in town for a short time. It is impractical for us to call members. If an event is canceled or updated, an email will be generated to let everyone know of the change. If it's canceled within a few hours of the event, we will do our best to contact those we have phone numbers for.
