On November 19, the Pacific Design Center (PDC) in West Hollywood, has a special event called "Design Loves Art" "Design Loves Art" is an art program featuring a series of rotating contemporary art exhibits and discussions that bring together different galleries, artists, curators, and even architects under one fabulous, blue roof. Many of the artists on display are established up-and-comers from a wide variety of backgrounds, styles, themes, and media.
"You’ll recognize a number of projects and galleries that indeed design does love"; The event is from 5pm- until 8pm. The majority of the exhibits are on the 2nd floor of the Blue Building. We will meet there at 6pm. I will be provide my cell phone for those who respond yes. If you arrive earlier (around 5PM) you can join us at "Le Pain Quotidien" on 8607 Melrose Avenue West Hollywood, CA (Corner of Melrose and Westbourne Dr.) for a bite to eat before the exhibit. Click Here for Map of the tour. PARKING: The PDC parking structure entrance is located off Melrose Ave. Park on the 4th floor of the structure and enter the Blue Building from the terrace cross-over. Take the elevators on your left hand side down to the 2nd Floor to start your Design Loves Art tour. Directions:
