  • Welcome Adam! Yes, if you use Vibrams you can't run with us............because you will most likely be injured! With a recent knee injury you should shun minimalist shoes, at least for the present. Counterintuitively, you don't transition to BFR through Vibrams, you transition into Vibrams through BFR. You have to develop good BFR form before you can safely run in minimalist shoes. Vibram shoes inhibit the learning process and lack the padding to save you from your poor form. So go bare!
