Who has a good recommendation for an HTML Slicer (a.k.a. PSD2HTML, PSD->HTML, etc.)?

Also, what do these people like to call themselves (so I can Google it)?

I know this is like ten years later, but If I had gotten an email I might have responded sooner.

I just found this a few days ago: http://thesiteslinger...

what did you end up doing?

In Feb. 2012 we ended up using an in-company person.

A few months ago I tried some online service with a generic name (e.g. http://www.psd2html.c.... It worked, but there was a lot of back-and-forth and tons of upsell options that left me feeling nickel-and-dimed and others feeling overwhelmed.
