What are a few of your favorite films and why?

Imitation of Life, Braveheart, Glory, The Scarlet Pimpernel, The Shawshank Redemption, Edward Scissorhands, Casablanca, Rear Window, 12 Angry Men, The Matrix, Mo Better Blues, Tristan & Isolde, Les Miserables, Gene Wilder's Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory, Anonymous, Shakespeare In Love, and everything based on the works of William Shakespeare! Why I love them? Because they are thought-provoking, touching, entertaining, moving, funny, cerebral, suspenseful and I can watch any of these over and over and they never lose my interest!

A movie quote to share?

"I'm so afraid. Lord, give me the strength to die well." -William Wallace, [Braveheart] "Mr Fennyman, allow me explain the theatre business. The natural condition is one of insurmountable obstacles on the road to imminent disaster." Reply: So what do we do. Answer: Nothing. Strangely enough it all turns out well. Reply: How? Answer: I don't know. It's a mystery. --Phillip Henslowe [Shakespeare in Love]

Describe a loved/hated movie cliché.

People going into a house when there is OBVIOUS danger. Or, people hear something weird outside, open the door and go outside anyway! Duh!

Films, movie, cinema, theatre... one n all, love em. :)
