Can I find help in deploying rails app in docker? I have running rails app and have build successfully automate build in private registry. I can pull the image but seems like my container do not run for some reasons.
Need some tips to finalize my project.

You can find it here https://speakerdeck.co...
I'm sure I could find someone to talk about logstash.
heka looks interestinghttp://heka-docs.readthedocs.org/en/latest/
but those are just the tools. Sharing practices should go in there as well...

To me it seems that we should have some kind of a "best practices for logging in cloud and development" meetup so that everyone would not have to learn these things through the hard way.
Also the same thing goes for tools to set up and manage your network infrastructure.
Both of these seem to have several levels of different requirements. Different strategies for these do exist for both in the commercial and free&open source realms but it is quite a hassle to keep up to date on everything.
I am by no means an expert on these but I could for example try to keep a short presentation on the various requirements and problems I have seen come up, so that other people could then offer their best practises to solve them in the following meetups?
let's go for logging next meetup

i personally do logstash, but I am curious to see what people do, I agree that a best practices worksop is better than just presentations
Sounds great! Ramez suggested a meetup so RSVP and lets have the meeting! http://www.meetup.com...

Ilkka Anttonen has agreed to do a quick demo run with Docker based Cassandra nodes on Vagrant/Virtualbox. To show, not just tell. Hope to see you all there.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
