November 2012 Election Recap

Barack Obama has defeated Mitt Romney for the presidency.  California's state legislature now has a Democratic supermajority which can move past Republican anti-tax fanaticism.  What do these and other November 2012 electoral results mean?

The answers may be found at this special recap of the recently concluded November 2012 elections, which San Francisco 4 Democracy co-sponsors with the Noe Valley Democratic Club, the Potrero Hill Democratic Club, and the Alice B. Toklas LGBT Democratic Club.

Political pundit Dr. Corey Cook will analyze the poll results, look at the implications of the results, and discusses possible future trends to be drawn from the data.  Dr. Cook is an Assistant Professor of Politics at USF as well as the Director of the Leo Mc Carthy Center for Public Service.  In addition, he has frequently appeared on NPR, KQED, and KCBS, and has written opinion pieces for the San Francisco Chronicle.

The meeting is open to all, so come on by and bring your questions and your curiosity.

Refreshments will be served.

Interesting overview but disappointed that the speaker refused to address issues regarding previously stolen elections and rigged electronic vote theft.

Why would anyone organize a Democratic event on the very day of the SF DCCC meeting? It seems highly counter-intutive. Especially so right after our amazing Election on Nov 6 where we re-elected Obama!

I don't know, but three Democratic clubs and our nonpartisan club did. Go figure.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
