Below is Mike's letter to Supporters where I have taken out some information.

First,
Mike kindly asked San Diego DFA Members,

I am pleased to be be endorsed by DFA-San Diego, and now, Uptown Democratic Club, and the Southern California Americans for Democratic Action chapter (they endorsed only Diane Watson and myself, in Congressional races, it appears)

If you were willing, as either Democracy for America, or personally, to send an email in support of encouraging volunteers to come phone & walk for Mike, I would be very grateful.

I just sent out a message to my supporter network wiith details about the debate, and endorsements, and am seeking to leverage that momentum into new volunteer help, so crucial to grassroots campaigning and GOTV.

in liberty,
Mike

Mike Copass

Dear Supporter ?

Great news from the campaign trail. Last Sunday, Democratic challenger Mike Copass took on incumbent Susan Davis in a debate before a standing-room-only crowd in Hillcrest. Mike demonstrated to voters why he should be the Democratic Candidate in November for the 53rd District, electrifying the audience -- even winning over previously declared Davis supporters. To see the debate, go to Mike's website at http://www.mikecopass.com.

With the Copass for Congress campaign momentum building by the hour, we urge you to join this historic effort to elect a representative who pledges to end the occupation of Iraq and redirect our national priorities to healthcare, not warfare.

P.S. If you did not get a chance to watch Mike in action at the Copass/Davis debate, take a moment to watch it on his website or YouTube.

Late Breaking News: On the heels of the debate performance, San Diego's Uptown Democratic Club voted to endorse Mike Copass in the Democratic Congressional Primary, adding to Mike's recent endorsement from the Southern California Americans for Democratic Action.

These groups are taking notice. Send Mike's issue position videos to other registered voters that you know - or host a "debate replay" event and invite your undecided neighbors to see it! If you can't volunteer, financial contributions to support our big push for voter contact & mobilization are needed and welcomed!
