Donna Frye needs your support on the important ordinance that maintains the public's rightto know what the Mayor is doing with public services. This Mayor wants to have the power to unilaterally cut services after the budget has been approved by the City Council.

The Coalition is composed of The San Diego County Community Coalition, Drug Policy Alliance, A New PATH, All Of Us Or None, Human Communication Institute.
This will be a panel discussion/town hall meeting with experts on how current Drug and Prison Policy are destroying the American family.
The title of the discussion is "Saving the American Family".
Anyone can become an addict.
One third of African American men are incarcerated or will be incarcerated in their life time. The majority of the crimes committed are drug related.
People are being put into prison for having the disease of addiction.
Insurance companies will not pay for treatment in most cases.
Prevention programs are inadequate; 50% of children between 12 and 20 have/will experiment with drugs including alcohol.
