WE WON... Thank you for standing up to the utilities and their attempts to make us pay for their mistakes at the San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant. A  judge yesterday ruled that the utilities could not bill ratepayers for "unsound decisions." The decision means tens of millions in refunds to consumers soon with potentially hundreds of millions more in refunds later. You sent a powerful message to the utilities that consumers cannot be expected to pick up the tab for corporate mistakes. Without you, none of this would have been possible. Citizens standing together can make a difference!
