***  SUNDAY, MARCH 8 @from 9:00am-4:30pm     Visit www.CAdisclose.org

You're Invited to the CLEAN MONEY GRASSROOTS SUMMIT!
Register for the Southern California summit now!
WHERE:  Culver City, CA (in a handicapped-accessible building) WHEN:    Sunday, March 8th from 9:00am-4:30pm                (Light breakfast at 9:00am. Lunch will also be served.)
Register for the Southern California summit now!  CARPOOLS will be coming from all over, so contact us if you need a ride or can offer one.
The morning session is detailed training on the new bills and the overall campaign, and the afternoon session is about how to implement the campaign plan.
We encourage everybody to attend the full day, but if you can only make it in the morning, that's okay.  For questions about transportation or lodging, email [address removed] or call the number on the registration page.
The California DISCLOSE Act is so important because it would make all the ballot measure ads that deluge us every election tell the TRUTH about who's behind them.  It would do so by making the ads themselves clearly and prominently show their top three funders — the names of the actual sources of the contributions, not misleading front groups. Clean Money activists and volunteers like you helped push last year's bill, SB 52 (Leno-Hill), further tha n any such powerful bill anywhere in the country.  It didn't pass, but came close and laid the groundwork for victory this year.
To win we need to build huge grassroots support, so now's the time to plan our campaign.  That's why we need you!   Join the Clean Money Grassroots Summit Nearest You Grassroots leaders and volunteers are attending full day summits to learn how to talk about the new Clean Money bills and to plan the grassroots campaign to win in the legislature.

#2. You're Invited to the CLEAN MONEY GRASSROOTS SUMMIT!
Thanks for signing our CREDO Mobilize petition for the California DISCLOSE Act, our bill to stop political ads from deceiving voters about who REALLY pays for them.
I'm a field organizer for the California Clean Money Action Fund working with its Executive Director Trent Lange, and I wanted to tell you what's happening and invite you to our upcoming Clean Money Grassroots Summits.
We also made history by joining with allies to pass two groundbreaking bills that shine a light on Dark Money and ballot measure spending in California, SB 27 (Correa) and SB 844 (Pavley).
That's made a big difference, but the Koch brothers' recent pledge to spend an astounding $889 million on the 2016 election shows we need the California DISCLOSE Act more than ever.
Please join us!  Northern California Grassroots Summit WHERE:  Palo Alto, CA (in a handicapped-accessible building) WHEN:    Saturday, February 28th from 9:00am-4:30pm     (Light breakfast at 9:00am. Lunch will also be served.)

Register for the Northern California summit now!  Southern California Grassroots Summit

We'd love to see you, and for you to help plan and execute our winning campaign!  Can't Attend?  Like the California Clean Money Campaign on Facebook!
We'll miss you, and hope you can come another time.
Right now, you can help build support by liking the California Clean Money Campaign on Facebook and sharing its posts.

Thank you for your commitment to Clean Money and Fair Elections, and stay tuned for more ways you can help.
Together, we will bring a democracy that is truly of, by, and for the people.  Hope to see you at one of the summits!
