I was a newbie. I was surprised no one reached out to us, but left us to force our way into pre-extant conversations! Anyway, good listing of accomplishments!

We need to more progressive and incorporate socialism in everything and unincorporate unbridled capitalistic foreign, transnational and multi-national corporations that take over our government, steal all our natural resources, and pollute our air, water and land.

DFA means that you have the opportunity to not only learn, be motivated, and share progressive values and concerns, but also be able to meet personally prominent candidates who are also your peers and become more active and involved in general!

  • East Bay "Democracy for America" Meetup

I was very disappointed at the event because though I paid for pizza by the time I got to the table there was nothing I could east since there were only meat pizzas and I am a vegetarian. I think there needs to be some monitoring of people taking slices of pizza since many who don't pay take and also many take 2 slices before everyone gets even one. I would enjoy having pizza when I attend meeting, but I feel that I risk my health since I cannot go without eating. I suggest if pizzas is to be offered it must be done in a fair way. We are supposed to be a group of concern people working toward the best for everyone, why not in this case? I will give this meeting one more chance and then I will look for another that hopefully with be better at treating each other.
