UP-CLOSE AND IN-PERSON: UC Berkeley Professor GEORGE LAKOFF, author of "Moral Politics," "Don't Think of an Elephant" and, most recently, "Thinking Points: Communicating Our American Values and Vision":

IN FULL COLOR ON THE BIG SCREEN: DNC Chairman HOWARD DEAN belts out a historic keynote speech that blew the roof off the YearlyKos convention in Chicago just last month.

Prof. Lakoff will talk about "Thinking Points" as well as give us his take on what Dean's speech (and framing) means to our grassroots and netroots people-powered movement.

You are not going to want to miss this power-packed Oakland DFA Meetup!
