FREE Aquaponic Build/Project Day

Class: 9am to 1pm
Cost: FREE

Come to our FREE Aquaponic Build Day. If you have questions or a project that you would like to work on regarding Aquaponics -- then this is the event for you. We are going to open up our workshop and provide a place where anyone who is interested can come work and build projects using Aquaponics.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO ATTEND!!!! Please feel free to come on down, pull up an chair and watch, discuss, and help out with any of the projects that are being built. Most people learn best by doing, so that is what we hope to provide -- a place to DO things!

If you would like to use our tools, there will be a slight fee to cover wear/tear and electricity, and of course we will have our kits and equipments for sale if you need anything.

BUT, the focus is on YOU and YOUR PROJECT -- please come on down and bring your ideas. Let's get DFW growing with Aquaponics!

It was our third Aquaponics Association DFW Chapter meeting and I believe the largest and most interactive. There were people from as far away as Houston and many locals. About half the group were exploring what Aquaponics was all about while the rest were looking information and ideas. There was many questions and answers. Our next Chapter meeting will be in Ft. Worth on the 1st of February at Feed by Grace's new 2000 sq.ft. hoop house aquaponics system. Thank you all for attending. David Cohen, Chapter President

I want to thank adam and david for taking the time to answer so many questions and provide so much information. To anyone new and learning aquaponics i highly recommend adam's aquaponics 101 class. It's great material, comprehensive basic information and support a local small business. I really hope future project days can be more community idea sharing and less Q and A.

Thanks for letting me know David! I feel happy about that. It's hard to find meet ups in fort worth compared to all the ones in Dallas.

    December 18, 2013

    • Adam

James, are you asking how much this event is? If so, then the answer is: Free. This is not a "class", but rather a time to gather and meet other individuals who are interested in Aquaponics. To talk with each other and to share ideas and information. Hope to see you there on the 4th!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
