Hello and Merry Christmas to one and all!  I hope all of you, your friends, and your families have the best Christmas and most wonderful new year!

A few things photoclub related I want to mention briefly before this year ends.

1.) We have a new sponsor.  Lumiquest!  They make wonderful and affordable flash accessories.  You can find their website on our meetup home page or you can click on it here, www.lumiquest.com  use the discount code PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB NETWORK and you will receive $5 off any order of $25 or more.

Also, Lumiquest has been kind enough to offer our club one of their products, which we will give away at out January monthly club meeting.  Some I hope to see you there!

2.) Speaking of our monthly club meeting, the topic in January will be Organizing Photo Files and Backing Up Images.  It's a new year and a great time to get your image organization and back up system in place.  One thing is for certain, there is no one way that is correct for everyone.  This will be a group discussion type of event so whether you have a great system in place for yourself or you are trynig to figure out a system that works for you, this will be a great meeting to attend.

3.) Lots of classes are already posted for January and we'll be adding more very soon.  So keep paying attention to the calendar to see what is available.

4.) Contests!  We will have a contest that starts very soon.  Thanks again to one of our new Sponsors, Lumiquest.  So look for an announcement regarding that contest next week.

5.)  January we will have another GPS Photo Safari.  These are a lof of fun so please mark your calendars.

And last but not least, many of you know AJ Wood the one of our Adobe experts.  AJ is having a contest that the winner will receive some free On One photo software.  So check out www.ajwood.com for all the details.

Thats it for my "Brief" message.  Thank you again for letting me interrupt your busy day.  Once again, ahve a very Merry Christmas and the Happiest of New Years!

-Darryl
