Have you interfaced Python with other languages, such as C/C++?

I have some exposure to using it with SQL. I am a SQL/DB Engineer (.NET) by occupation. Interested in web applications (C#, ASP.NET) that utilize R/Python for analytical/graphical aspects. So I'd love to learn how to integrate those. And which IDE's best support that.

Under which OS are you using Python?

I've used it on Mac and Windows. But I lean towards the Mac side due to the shell usage.

How long have you been programming in Python?

I'd dabbled in it off and on since late 2013.
