DFW Python URL reorg

Jeff,

Today I did some work to expand the functionality of the blogspot site:

I propose that we make the DFW Python blog site the main front page for our group, because I think it's very easy to manage,  and has important functionality needed for a front page (links, live feeds, blog posts, etc.).  It also looks visually cleaner than the wiki, and makes a more presentable public face. We can make it look even better by building our custom CSS (any volunteers for that?).

Here is the URL scheme I propose for dfwpython.org:

* www.dfwpython.org and dfwpython.org -- That should point to the Blogspot site, as should (dfwpython.org)
* wiki.dfwpython.org -- If we're going to keep the wiki, this is an appropriate URL. However, a wiki is only useful if it's supported by an active community. Otherwise, it's a source of entropy, often propagating incomplete or outdated information.
* meetup.dfwpython.org -- The existing meetup site still has important functionality not available on the blog or the wiki. Let's make it part of our domain.
