Sept. DFWWP:DB Ferguson, How to build your Nation: Growing your online community

This month we're having a special presentation by the wonderful and talented DB Ferguson. Our very own DFWWP member is the creator and webmaster of the NoFactZone, the #1 Stephen Colbert Fan Site on Planet Earth.

DB Ferguson, creator/webmaster of NoFactZone.net, the largest Stephen Colbert fan community online, will talk about building your readers into a strong and enthusiastic community. From finding those readers during the first fledgling days of your WordPress blog, to engaging the passion of your most loyal readers, DB will show you tips and tricks gleaned straight from the heart of the Colbert Nation.

We'll be in a smaller classroom at The Art Institute of Dallas this month, so our RSVPs are limited to members only. If you have a friend who wants to attend, please have them join the meetup, it's quick and easy.

Don't forget our special post-meetup happy hour at Sherlock's Pub. This unofficial "networking" event was especially popular in August, and thankfully, no one took any incriminating cell phone photos. ;)
