Working with Disturbing Emotions at U of M

Our weekend's teacher, Ian Llanas, has been kind enough to offer to stick around for another day to give another talk this Monday night. He will give an introductory talk focused on working with disturbing emotions. After covering the topic for about an hour, there will be time for questions and answers, and the program ends with a guided meditation on the 16th Karmapa. People are able to arrive and leave as they need to, with no requirement to stay the entire time.
