Photo Sharing:

We are pleased to have Bill Wight to judge and critique our photos for this meeting.

Paid members may show your digital pictures (up to 10 pictures) to share and have judged.

Guests may show pictures one time before Joining.

Put your Best Pictures first as We may only Show Five of Your Pictures if we Have a Large Turnout.

To join bring a check for $35 made out to "Pasadena Photochromers" to a meeting and fill out a short application form.)

Dues cover Jan 1st through Dec 31st, no matter when you join.

    Many have the fantasy that photography can be an art. Many of our judges have used the word "I" quite a bit and talk about how they would have taken the picture, etc. First, after the picture has been taken, that's not good information. Second, do we look at a Picasso and say what we would have done? We need to expand our vocabulary for talking about pictures. There's colors, compositions, forms, as well as technique to be considered.
