The Malaysia Government has this Homestay program to boost its local tourism. However as Singaporeans, we really don't know the place well enough and Yee Yee has found such a place.
Stay in traditional Malay house and get the chance to taste home cooked Malay food which its so delicious and awesome.
You can spend your time kayak around the lake or visit some waterfall around the area or you can even do hiking up to the hill to site of airplane crash during WW2 if not mistaken.
If you not the adventureous type you can visit the Perak Man at Lenggong and not to missed out the Making of Labu Sayong (water pitcher - cottage industry).
