We passionately work at growing and expressing our clients’ identity and mission to their audience by leveraging strategy, creative messaging and video production expertise.

We are looking for a senior videographer/editor with the skills and experience to shoot and edit high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to:

· Tell stories through video including the ability to recognize a great shot and have the skill to get it.

· Understand the mood or direction of a piece, and have the skill to deliver it.

· Technical skill to deliver a story.

· Project a professional, friendly and whatever-it-takes demeanor to clients.

· Work independently as well as an effective member of a team.

· Quickly and efficiently video/edit without sacrificing quality.

· Work within a budget and under deadlines.

· Travel often (Usually several days at a time) to shoot at a wide variety of locations.

Position Requirements:

  • 5-7 years videography experience:
    • Knowledge and experience with Sony production cameras
    • DSLR, GoPros and other cameras a plus
  • 3-5 years’ video editing experience specifically working with:
    • Expert level with Final Cut Pro/Adobe Premier
    • Demonstrated efficiency with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop, Motion 5, Compressor and DVD studio pro
  • Ability to quickly set up audio and lighting equipment.
  • Reviewing scripts in pre-production and post-production meetings.
  • Understanding of Production/Media Asset Management, Video compression and encoding techniques and delivery of digital files.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced time sensitive environment while focusing on details and maintaining quality.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings.
  • Desire to stay up-to-date with industry technology and quickly learn new technologies and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a group environment
  • Must be results orientated.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
