The picture on the right is a Hamburger from Duke's Burger in Hong Kong. It's called Maple Glazed Kurabuta Pork Double Burger. Fork and knife are requried to eat this burger. The burger pattie takes two days to cook!! Pieces of seasoned pork chops are first slow cooked for 6 hours, then they are slow baked in the oven with another secret seasoning overnight. Then each pork chop is coated with a layer of minced beef or pork to form a pattie...and grilled on order. The burger is very juicy and tasty. The bun is baked fresh from scratch in the restaurant. This is a truly precious hamburger loved by Hong Kong people. Other hamburgers on the menu have French truffle in them. They are quite expensive though.
