We're Going Jamaican...

JerkFish Jamaican Restaurant is in a class of it’s own in Middletown, CT. The Restaurant is the premier Jamaican West-Indian American restaurant in the local market place.

They strive for the total "backhome" Jamaican experience! Guests receive a great meal, and will also be provided with a fun atmosphere. The dining experience is always pleasing to the senses as it is to the palate.

The main focus at JerkFish Jamaican Restaurant is serving quality authentic food at great value and features a large selection of freshly prepared food. In addition, you will always have a variety of food daily that is full of flavor and zest at an unbelievable price!

The Restaurant is located in Middletown and has plenty of off street parking. They have assured me that separate checks will not be a problem.

So come to Jamaica with us...for the evening!!!

I loved that Jerk Fish staring at those around me! I found out that jerk includes allspice, spicy bonnet peppers, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, scallions, thyme and garlic. The word jerk is related to "charqui" from Quetchua - in English we have beef jerkey. Basically, the cooking process to prevent meat from rotting.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
