Hello Betsy. I am a member of this group but I haven't gone to any meetups yet. Therefore I was very surprised to get a message from Terry Norris who just joined. Obvioulsy he thinks this is some type of dating service. He opened with "you are such a beautiful woman. Why aren't you taken?" It's very annoying to get such an email from someone you don't know. If you want me to forward the message to you, I will. I suggest you kick him out of the group before he sends more of these messages.

Thanks for making sure I got the invitation for Indian food (and I LOVE Indian food). I live in Ashford though, so haven't decided yet if I want to make the drive all the way to Middletown. Hopefully, I'll decide not too late to be included... will definitely join in for future ones closer to me (Manchester, or closer... ), we'll see..

I love all different kind of foods, especially Indian. I live part of the year in Hawaii and am gradually transitioning to more time in Ashford, Ct and would love to meet new people. This group was suggested to me last year by someone in the movie meetup group. I am hoping you can squeeze me in for Weds Indian food.. Hope to hear back! Marion

Since some people are asking to go to an Asian place, I would like to suggest Formosa Restaurant for a meet up in either July or August. If you would like I can organize it.
