I adore paella, pastel de choclo (Chilean) and roast lamb in the oven. I also like eggs any style, especially with Adobo Goya sprinkled on top. And some sort of dark chocolate concoction for dessert. I love crème brûlée too.
My father always said to taste new dishes and to order what is typical of each country we visited - such as moussaka in Athens. With this philosophy of culinary exploration, I hope to fit in with the other ethnic diners.
My father always suggested trying a dish I've never tasted before. That is how I came across Moussaka in Athens and fabada in Asturias, Spain. This group is a little like that!
