    This date is outside of the 'Farm to Fork' special. Will a place like this issue separate checks--on a Saturday night?? Some will order wine/drinks, and others will not, etc. Resolving the bill could be chaotic, that's why going during the Farm to Fork special made the most sense. I would like to go to this, I just want to be assured there will be no surprises when the check is dropped (good point, Katya)

      The Farm-to-Fork Special is between 6/22 thru 6/29. This event is scheduled for 6/22. I don't know if they'll issue separate checks. If they don't then people will have to split the bill evenly and pay for their own drinks/extras. My biggest concern is making reservations for 23 people. I'm not sure if everyone will be able to sit together.

    If you are a foodie, Elements fits the bill. Lahiere's only had the Princeton address. Food was mediocre at best. I am not interested in the Asian Elements

    The restaurant contacted me and here is what they said. So who ever is organizing this, please change the date to when they have the special.

    "We have had some people call in today inquiring about this event on 6/13/2013. Our $39 Farm to Fork menu is only scheduled to run 6/22-6/29/2013 in conjunction with Edible Jersey's Eat drink Local week. We may run it between July 4th and Labor Day again this year but that has not been confirmed as of yet by our Chef and ownership.

    Please help us get the correct information out to your group."

    I just checked with Elements. and Stephanie is correct. I am willing to go anyway. The week of the 22nd is difficult for me and it may be all booked up already. She said it was filling up fast and we haven't eb\ven agreed on another date yet.

    The series will run from right now through Labor Day, with the menus changing each Wednesday. This is a wonderful opportunity to try Elements at its local best.

    This week, the $39 special Farm to Fork menu offers squash soup or carpaccio beet salad as first courses. There are three choices for a main course – meat, fish or vegetable. The third course on the current menu is a composed cheese plate, which features a local cheese, paired with a locally produced (or made from local ingredients) condiment or relish. What a great value!

      Where did you get this information? I just spoke with the mgr. at Elements in Princeton and they're not offering this menu, and they're not offering a Farm to Fork special for $39 on Jun 13. I sent her a link to this meetup so maybe she can clarify things.

    FYI--the Farm to Fork special doesn't start till Jun 22 so you guys will have only the expensive items on the menu. I can't believe the person who scheduled this meetup for June 13 didn't check with the restaurant first. I suggest re-scheduling for the Farm-to-Fork Restaurant week of June 22-29 when you can enjoy a 3 course dinner at elements for just $39.
